The Istana is located on a southwestern
tip of Bali, in an area named The Bukit.
This five suite estate overlooks white sand
beaches and a lagoon abundant with sea life
and coral, and in the evenings, magical
sunsets. When the trade winds blow, a massive
swell crashes onto the surrounding reef,
crafting waves that attract worldwide surfing
attention; the breaks are rated the fifth
best in the world. Uluwatu beach is only
a ten minute walk from the villa.

For venue rental, the following
conditions apply:
- Minimum stay during
low seasons = 2 nights
Minimum stay during high seasons = 5 nights
Minimum stay during peak seasons = 10
nights
- Up to 20 pax and no
function fee is applicable.
- Over 20 pax, function
charge is 1 additional night’s seasonal
rate
- Banjar fee of Rp. 3,500,000
applies.
